Jamie and I wanted to see a local fireworks display this year so we started asking around. I found out that Thomas has a great show not to mention an Elvis impersonator to warm up the crowd. But just as we started planning our day, we found out that Petersburg boasts one of the best fireworks shows around and would have Jerry Lee Lewis tribute artist playing just before the big show! Jerry Lee Lewis trumps Elvis every day of the week in my book so Petersburg it was. Leaving The Golden Anchor Cabins, we drove through the Seneca Rocks area then on to Petersburg (just less than an hour away from us). Jason rocked the house and the fireworks show hosted by thePetersburg Fire Department did not dissapoint! The show lasted about 45 minutes and had a great finale. The entire show was free and the atmosphere was fun! Enjoy the pictures and video we took.
