Looking for a romantic cabin with a mountain view in West Virginia? The Majestic Cabin lives up to its name—offering Golden Anchor’s most breathtaking panoramic view from the top of our property. With upscale amenities, cozy touches, and a dedicated game loft, Majestic is perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, or spontaneous escapes together.
Originally built in 2003 and fully remodeled in 2018, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom log cabin was upgraded again in 2025 with a Trex deck and a fresh new exterior stain. Inside, you’ll find a king bed with luxury linens, a spa-style tile shower for two with body sprays, and heated tile floors to keep things cozy year-round.
The loft game room includes a pool table, 60-game vintage arcade cocktail table, and checker board table, offering fun and relaxation right at home. Downstairs, enjoy a romantic night by the gas-log fireplace, a movie on the flat screen TV, or a soak in the 8′ x 8′ hot tub under the stars.
Majestic also includes a washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill, and ambient mood lighting with a selection of romantic music.
Wi-Fi is powered by Starlink for fast, reliable internet, but there’s no landline and cell service may be limited—Wi-Fi calling is recommended to stay connected.

Me and my wife stayed here the week of Christmas 2019, this cabin was perfect, everything we asked for was there and we were so happy we made the choice to come up for the week and we will be back again soon to visit one of these beautiful relaxing scenic cabins

This was our 2nd year coming and we simple love it. This is now our 2nd home.

Our two couples really enjoyed this cabin. Even though there was no snow – until the day we left. Thanks for making our visit so cozy. We enjoyed hiking at Blackwater Falls and eating lunch at White Grass – yum! We hope there will be snow the next time we come!
